Is working for Evri a good idea?

Career help

Hello, I’ve got a ad on indeed from Evri to become a driver for them. I looked into it they are claiming a £15-£18 an hour on indeed. When I went onto the Evri site it says £12-£13 an hour. The job itself doesn’t sound to bad, going to the depot (only 10 mins from my home) getting the packages and delivering them for 2-6 hours. However after seeing some YouTube videos about the job and reading about it online I’m having second thoughts. People are saying they hardly earn minimum wage doing it, one lady warned just £45 for 5 hours of work. I haven’t been able to get more than 3 job interviews in the last 6 months and haven’t been able to get a new job, just stuck working at a chippy for a few hours which doesn’t pay minimum wage. Would it be smart to take this opportunity or just avoid it, because of how much fuel costs and having to insure my car for business, put a % of the money away for taxes, etc. I think if it is the £15 it says on indeed it could be worth, if it’s less then I’m not sure incase my car breaks down and I need to replace anything due to the extra driving. Thanks.
