Breast reduction/lift/ keloid

Hey guyss,

I need help!!!! I have had breast reduction before cause I had 3rd nipple that was connected to my fats and had to be removed so like basic is got a reduction. Insurance covered it. I have Anchor scar. I have keloid formed on my scar 70% almost is covered with keloid. I feel like it’s gotten flatten but I still wanna get it surgically removed and I wanna get another round of reduction with lift. I’m just confused if I can do it at the same time and I want some suggestions on keloid specialist. I want significant amount of reduction. I have consultation booked with Dr Mountcastle in VA. He works great with keloid but I’m not a big fan of his reduction and lift. I also wanna go under SRT for my keloid cause I heard if not it comes back. I’m lost suggest me some solutions.
