2012 Honda Accord Inline 4 Cylinder

About to do an oil change on this, and it has ~170,000 miles on it. It says it’s supposed to take 0w-20 oil, but I feel like that is too thin. Middle TN weather can get pretty damn hot.

Should I use 0w-20 on this next oil change, or something like 0w-30 / 5w-20 ?
