Queen Mary 2 crossing

Was there anyone else on the 29 may crossing from New York to Southampton who experienced inconveniences of water outages and noise from construction? We were on an upper floor and the noise was horrible. Did anyone else complain? Was there any resolution? I would appreciate any responses.
