How many things can I take before I get in trouble with the owner?

I am a first time airbnb renter and I want to make a profit off it, and I found a lot of houses that are very generously furnished. I highly suspect I can take a lot of things and resell them for higher value. I was just wondering if there was anything in the AirBNB guidelines saying I cant do this. Thank you!
