Childhood vaccines

Since having my child, but after they have had their vaccinations up to age 2, I have gone down the rabbit hole. I’m due with my next any day now and don’t think I want to do any this time but I have today seen a news article about 2 children in England (where I am from but do not currently live) dying from measles. I do become concerned when I hear about things like this. I know that a lot of the diseases are not usually a concern but with international travel and immigration it’s not that uncommon to come into contact with somebody from a country where polio for example is still rampant? How do others navigate this reality and these fears? Thank you
