Cant load into any servers after windows update

Earlier today i reset and updated my computer and got on rust but it got stuck at the “spawning world” part of the loading screen. I reset my pc, turned it off for a few hours, i verified the file integrity and even uninstalled and reinstalled the game but i still cant load into any servers. Anyone experiencing something similar or know what happened??
