"Able to Adjust to Other Work"

Got my decision today. I was denied because they claim I can adjust to other work. I would really like for them to explain what other work I can do. I can't lift more than 10 pounds, can't stand for more than 30 minutes on a good day, can't sit upright for more than 30 minutes at a time, can't walk more than 100ft without needing a break, can't drive, need meds just to be able to ride in a car, have at least 2 to 3 debilitating migraines a week, and literally lost my last office job working from because I couldn't complete tasks due to my severe anxiety disorder. So, what job can I do? This is complete bs.
