Hi! I spent last night creating an alt account to make a Cloud island for everyone to come teach your Smearguru all 98 patterns in one go! The island isn't much to look at, it was created solely for this in one night so don't judge my throw together work lol. You do need a Nintendo Online Membership for this.

All info and how-to is in the pictures! But I'll copy the info here for anyone who may have a hard time reading it that way too! All I ask is you please be respectful, don't destroy anything and try to leave things as you found them. I will open the island as often as I can and delete this post once the island is closed. After I close it I'll be restoring a backup to reset the boxes to how they were to make sure it stays organized and resetting the Link Code. I would love to leave it open 24/7 but with the griefers, I prefer this way to play it safe.

\*\*How to get all the patterns!\*\*

Ask \*your\* Smearguru to follow you

Go to PC, click Link Play - Visit a Cloud Island - Search for new island

Enter the Island Address (8 digit number) then Link Code (6 digit number) found in the 2nd image or end of text here.

If the island is full, just keep trying to join and eventually you will get in. It's just luck/timing on trying to join as someone leaves. If you really really can't get in and don't have the time to keep trying to get in, you may DM me and when I have time I can reply with a new link code to give you the chance to get in before posting. Please note though that it will take time, maybe a couple days, for me to respond so please only go that route if absolutely needed.

When you get on the island, there are 3 rooms directly across from the Pokemon center. You literally cannot miss it lol. Enter one of the unoccupied rooms. Don't try to use a room someone else is already in.

Take all items from both storage boxes. There are 38 (color/shape) patterns on the left and 60 (Pokemon-themed) patterns on the right. When all items are in your inventory, talk to your Smearguru and click the prompt "Look at this pattern!" Smearguru will learn all patterns in your inventory.

You can pick up the white stool in the corner and ask Smearguru to paint it to check all the patterns are there/learned.

Put the items away, preferably in the same boxes you took them from if you are able.

\*\*IMPORTANT! If you are prompted to choose a host when you are leaving, please choose one. Any other person that is currently on the island. If you do not choose a host, it will kick everyone off the Cloud Island. Please make sure you do this so everyone has a quick and easy time getting their patterns.\*\*

Hope this helps some people to get all the patterns collected! Thanks for visiting!
