How do you approach these complexed maps? (Hitman WOA)

DISCUSSION

What's your approach to these complexed maps exactly and the challenges it presents?. Do you play the maps a few times to get a feel for it before taking or any challenges or do you tackle its challenges head on?. Do you reload and reload until everything is done within that window of opportunity or do you start over?. How do you even plan the mission?

I'm somewhere in between, my 1st run through is to get a feel and explore. That 1st run reveals where certain items are located on the map. Honestly without the mission stories I would be completely lost, I'd be spending even longer in these maps without that guidance.

Once I've located the target I will then look at the challenges associated with that mission story as many of these challenges overlap. It does admittedly feel a bit strange to reload saves to fulfil these challenges, 'shoot, reload, garrote reload, lethal poison reload, explosion reload, partial poison then drown reload.

I ensure to get enough done in a session before exiting the map, I average around 35-45k xp which is sufficient for 1 run through of a map towards mastery. And you learn things as you go along, I've learned that car batteries for instance are an opportunity for an electrocution kill if placed near near a hydrant. I always bring the lockpick, fibre wire and silencer.

Some challenges are just so abstract however, most hitman players would struggle I'd imagine to figure how to execute some of them without guidance. It feels like those specifically are designed for the masochist Hitman players.
