Just need bit clearly what does this mean?

So I moved on from my ex. I'm seeing this guy who is very sweet to me and I like him. When I was on first date with him, we bumped into my ex and bc they are friends they said hi to each other and he said hi to me too. We waited for the bus and my date left and his girlie friend left. When we got to our stop I went to send door to avoid him as I was walking I feel an umbrella above my head and he asked me what's up and how do I know his friend we talked for a bit in tram then he left.

Few days later I'm out with my date again and guess who I see again...my ex he was out with some girl idk who it was I was having good time with my date but he did saw me.

P.s [before all this we didn't text or anything then suddenly one day he sends me a text to help him woth logo and then he texts me later again if I'm gonna join this one job, and before I said hi to him but he never said it back one time he was on electric scooter and said hello to me first]

Anyway I decided to unfollow him last night bc if he is seeing someone and I'm seeing someone I don't wanna see that and I dint want him to see that as well. I wake up next morning I'm blocked and he removed me from discord and steam....why did he do that???? Did I do something wrong. Sure I unfollowed but there was no need for all that mess I'm fine with him removing me from discord and steam but blocking me?
