Anyone have factor 5 leidon and deal with constant issues at dialysis?

I found out in 2024 that I had the blood clotting disorder. Since then it's been giving me issues at dialysis. It has caused 3 fistulas to fail and 3 catheter exchanges thus far. Every time I go to dialysis the machine automatically starts going off as soon as they get treatment going because my arterial doesn't want to cooperate. They have to either flush it or do the 30 min cath flow. At last treatment they put a saline bag on top of my catheter which was uncomfortable but also worked I guess. --- would you sit/lie there for 3 1/2 hours like that?

They want me to go get my catheter placed back on the other side of my chest but I don't know if that will do any good
