Doing the same thing and expecting different results is not the definition of insanity, it's the definition of Uber.

Long story short, I get an exclusive $18 shop and deliver. It's actually not that bad. but I reject it because the grocery store is in a mall with shit parking, and that particular store is horribly unorganized and has horribly unhelpful staff. Plus I'm driving to a Walmart on the other end of town to wait for orders there.

A little while later it pops up on the trip radar, this time it's up to $20 dollars. I think about taking it for a second, but decide against it for the same reason as above, plus I am now further away from the store than I was originally was when I said no the first time. Two extra dollars doesn't tip the scales.

Another little bit goes by and I'm sitting at Walmart, clear across town. The order pops up again as an exclusive, but it's back to $18.
