P2f line training program

After completing my CPL, the path became more difficult than expected. My country doesn't have airlines that hire inexperienced individuals, and even the flight hours gained as a flight instructor don't count towards the required hours because they require specific flight types. In my case, is paying an airline for type rating , line training, and a certain number of hours as a first officer worthwhile? It seems like the only way forward.
