Dress form advice

Hi everyone, I am a beginner-intermediate sewist and I really have been wanting my own dress form. I have been trying to decide between ordering one or saving a bit of money and doing it myself. The clothes I’m making are entirely for me so I won’t need a form for any commercial use.

I came across a place called Bootstrap Fashion which sells DIY kits. Has anyone used this? Theoretically I could do all the prep work myself but this place takes your measurements and makes the form pieces for you to then sew and stuff.

I am curious if anyone has tried this or if you have any advice in general for me. I don’t get a lot of time to sew which is why I’m opting to have some of the work done for me. Thanks!
