Moderate or high? Breast augmentation planning

Hi all, I’m thinking about a breast aug and I’m interested to know if anyone has thoughts on my plans / if anyone has a similar body composition and underwent a breast augmentation. I think my case is unusual for a couple of reasons (EDS, pectus excavatum) so would appreciate your opinions

Goal: natural, even looking breasts that suit my frame - no bigger than a C
Currently 34a on a good day
5ft8, 55kg
Slight pectus excavatum in the lower inner aspect of each breast

Will be having another meeting with my surgeon but our current thoughts are Polytech 250-300cc, silicone, teardrop, dual plane, and textured (yes I know, but I have Ehlers Danlos syndrome - smooth would be like a slip and slide).
I’m struggling with choosing between medium and high profile. What are the advantages of each, and which will decrease the risk of wide set cleavage?
