Where to get good advice regarding tornado building safety?

So I had this whole post typed but before finding out that it is against the rules to create posts asking for advice on where to shelter. My situation is that I work for a summer camp full of kids and I think the building we are in is a tornado deathtrap - we need a good plan and I may need to convince my bosses to reach out to one of the neighboring businesses or the manager of the strip mall.

Thats a hard sell and maybe I'm being paranoid. Are there any good places online where I can post the sketch of my building and get some good advice? Thanks!
