Anyone's symptoms get worse in summer?

I have ibs-c and over the past few weeks my symptoms have been getting bad again. My medication that used to be strong enough to induce diahrrea even on half dose is barely working at all anymore. I'm wondering if this could be related to change in temperature (more sweating = water loss = worsening constipation?)
