Highschool Reunion

Hello! Found this subreddit and thought I'd get some solid answers. I'm part of a High School Reunion Committee (10-Year), and we want to know which ticket websites can create an event without a date. Websites like Ticket Tailor and Eventbrite both require a date, and our alumni know that we are working with zero budget until we receive those tickets and can cement a date at a venue once we get our budget. So we are in the process of setting up a ticket but don't want to put a false date on there. Any reliable/safe websites out there?
