Work harassment?

Am I in the wrong?

I’m having problems with my ETL at work, I’ve noticed ever since I hurt his ego back in 2025 he’s been picking on me more and more he’s always giving me some type of evaluation about how I’m not doing anything right mind you he never does it with other coworkers especially the ones who call out a lot and not do much at work and he’s always pulling me to the office trying to get me to fight back with him. At this point it’s making work more uncomfortable for me and it’s been stressing me out to the point that I’m loosing hair is this just me or is this something I can legally take action for?
