I suck at taking photos 🤷 Had this baby for over a year now. Between this and my Seiko King Samurai it has basically been on my wrist constantly in that time. When I first got it I would baby it and be afraid to hit it on anything or set my wrist down on hard surfaces 🤣 After the initial baby phase I realized this is as gshock as it gets and trust me when I say it does not scratch easy. I've done all sorts of activities with this watch. I've even worn it surfing (Though I usually use my Seiko) digging in the sand to make sand castles, wrestling in the sand with my son. We all know as far as scratch wise the beach is the ultimate test. Sand absolutely does not discriminate because your watch is expensive it will eat that polished finish for breakfast haha. Not a single scratch on this thing. Not even scratches on the clasp whatever they coated this in is tough af. Maybe the smallest of micro scratches you'd have to use a microscope to really see. But other than that absolutely pristine after a year of real wear. Not desk diving. My only complaint would be the bracelet. It's super comfy but they used push pins and anchors instead of screw pins. Personally for this price and the fact that it's a G-SHOCK I cannot even begin to comprehend why they'd use push pins over screw pins. Other than that this watch is a beauty. Worth the price? It is to me that's all that counts.
