System Manager download issues

Hey guys first post here. When clicking "System Manager" on PS3toolset, I get "Tool could not be downloaded." I have tried wired, wireless, and a hotspot. I am on firmware 4.92 on a 2501a. Is ps3toolset down or am I doing something wrong? The first part of the process runs flawlessly, but no matter what I do I cannot get the System Manager tool to download.
