Beach / Nightlife Trip in January

I’m planning a 3–4 week trip in January with a few of my friends, and we’d love some destination recommendations!

We’re all from California and are looking for somewhere that feels far away, warm, fun, and ideally a bit different from Europe, since we’ve all traveled there before. We’re a group of girls, so safety is definitely an important factor as well.

We don’t have a strict budget, but we’d love destinations where accommodations are relatively affordable so we can get more value out of the trip. We’re open to a mix of beaches, nightlife, culture, adventure, and meeting other travelers.
