What is the reason SRHX is view-only for me in T212?

I'm from the netherlands. Etoro didn't work, T212 shows community posts of people buying it and yet it's "view only" mode for me. It *may* allowed me to daily investments though, which would be one hell of a loophole. Do I have like a country restriction on this? I can't find anything about it?

Where do fellow europeans buy this stock?
