Need help please!!

I need your guys help please I watched the only two videos on the “runeseeker quest” I have the depleted mana item and I’m currently sitting on 7.2k mana after I changed notables added the kurgal jewel ect but I can’t go any further. I max quality my rings I bought few more pieces of armor and still I’ve been stuck since 11am I had to take a nap bc my brain was fried and now we’re here I need help I can send pictures of my stuff if needed but yeah pleaseeee
