Does Master Duel have different rulings than TCG and OCG? Or is this a significant bug?

Opponent's Mirrorjade was destroyed by me which activates the boardwipe effect, while I have also sent Titaniklad to GY this turn.

Endphase, I decline to use Titaniclad effect trigger twice to wait for Mirrorjade boardwipe, but once Mirrorjade resolves, I do not get another chance to activate Titaniklad.

This is not how it works in paper. In paper whether TCG or OCG, you can always trigger Titaniklad at end phase as the turn player whenever you want, you can wait out all other optional and mandatory effect before triggering Titaniklad.

This is a game changing bug is it not?
