Tracker Recommendations!

My boy is finally vacc'ed up and ready to get outside!

I'm trying to find a legitimate GPS tracker (not bluetooth) that doesn't need a subscription, has a rechargeable/ replaceable battery and isn't insanely expensive.

Does anyone have any recommendations?
