BOBCARD ETERNA - Hang Tight ERROR !!

I have applied for the eterna card.. the pan, aadhaar was verified and my CIBIL just got checked and then thats all.. its been Hang tight , we are creating your proposal message for the last two days.. but i am getting messages to complete econsent and vKYC..

i have emailed to the CRM but no response for two days..

is there anyone who have faced these and what is the solution ?
