Suspended trainer - any advice?

My trainer has been under investigation by safe sport for a couple years. Finally the decision was made and they were suspended. A lot more about the charges was shared because of this ruling and of course we only hear the trainers side. It is a 5 year usef suspension through safe sport.

Anyone been through this? What did you do? What did you expect from your trainer after this?
