What's one lesson that completely changed the way you build businesses?
One thing I've learned while working on a new project is that building is rarely the hardest part.
It's easy to spend hours improving features, tweaking designs, and chasing perfection. But eventually I realized that none of that matters if you're not solving a problem people actually care about.
Lately, I've been spending more time understanding users and less time obsessing over adding new features. It's made me rethink how I approach building things.
For those who have launched businesses or side projects, what lesson changed the way you build?
If you could go back to the beginning, what would you do differently?
