Did my dysphoria go away?

It's hard to describe what I'm going through right now, as there is a lot on my mind about this. Recently, I've started to feel apathetic about my gender. I'm a trans woman, and have been on HRT for 4 and a half years, identified as one for 7 years. I've been transitioning since I was young teenager.

I don't know what's caused this sudden feeling. I had all the signs of childhood dysphoria, and struggled with dysphoria so bad I went catatonic for 3 months. Starting estrogen was one of the best days of my life, and now...I don't know. I don't know what's caused this.

When I think about having a female body recently, I feel "meh." I wouldn't say I don't want it, but I'm not sure I care anymore. When I think about having a male body, I think about my current body, and feel kinda fine? I've been told I'm very pretty, and if I trained my voice, could probably pass 80-90% of the time. I know a proper male body would be a lot different than my current body, but it's like I can't visualize it.

I guess I'm just looking for similar experiences from people all over the gender spectrum- feminine men, detransitioners, trans woman who continued. Idk, I'm open to anything because I'm starting to feel scared/stressed that I'm not really trans.
