Do you think Raja Parba is losing its cultural essence or is it simply evolving with modern times?
I still remember celebrating Raja Parba with my grandfather in our village. Every year I would eagerly wait for the festival. We would eat different varieties of Pitha and other traditional delicacies, chew paan, enjoy swinging on the Raja doli and spend quality time with family and friends.
The entire village used to feel alive. Children would play together people would visit each other's homes and there was a unique festive atmosphere that brought everyone closer. Those are some of the happiest memories of my childhood.
Nowadays things seem to be changing. Many children are more interested in mobile phones, social media, and video games than traditional festivals. Raja is still celebrated but the excitement and community spirit don't feel the same as they once did.
Do u feel Raja Parba is losing its charm among the younger generation or is it simply evolving with modern times? What are your favorite Raja memories?
