Doctor said not MALS what do I do?

I was in the hospital a few weeks ago and on my CT scan it showed MALS the gatro doctor also concluded with my past symptoms and current it would make sense. I hurt especially every time after eating.

I saw a new vascular Dr yesterday and he said since your walking you don't have it. Mals patients don't eat anymore as they are scared and are in so much pain they end up in the hospital.

Question is do I find a new doctor and get another opinion or do I just deal with the pain and chalk it up to nothing I can change? Sorry little vague but idk what to do.
