Iphone17 @71,610. Good deal?

Unicorn has a iPhone sale during 12th Jan to 14th Jan and they are offering iPhone 17, 256GB at ₹71,610. Moreover I have an iPhone 12 that can be exchanged so if the value is between 10 to 13 K, there will be additional bonus of 4K so including exchange it will cost 54k+. Is this a good deal?
