Can anyone give me an overview of Tip Toe?

For various reasons I’m unable to watch it in full right now but I’m so curious as I’m hearing so much about it. I’m seeing clips on social mostly around the LGBT themes and have also seen interviews which explain the changing environment that it’s trying to shed light on, but in trying to find out what actually happens I am drawing a blank. It’s about a neighbour feud? That’s all I can find out.

Could someone just literally tell me what it’s about? Thank you!
