I'm not sure what to do now

So I haven't played in a while and I've just hopped back on. I knew I was working on getting full hearts with everyone before I stopped playing, so I've been working in that and I'm 99% of the way there. Other than that I'm a bit lost. I have the Pirates Wife journal quest but I have no idea where I was at with it and I can't find any of the objects I'm meant to give to people, but I clearly haven't finished it so I really don't know what I'm meant to do with that. The only other thing I can think of to do is to save up for the teleporters from the Wizardbut I doubt that would do much in terms of game progress. I know there's more to do an unlock but I have literally no idea. I feel like I'm just wondering around 😂
