The suggested bra size is way too snug for me

Hi all!

I feel like my old bra size has gotten too small. I've had 70F.

My current measurements are

Loose underbust: 85 cm

Snug underbust: 83 cm

Tight underbust: 80 cm

Standing bust: 96 cm

Leaning bust: 105 cm

Lying bust: 96 cm

A converter online says I should use 34DD/75E. This seems too small as it's a siblingsize to my current 70F which I can barely clasp or breathe in.

Anyone have any recommendations? Thank you so much!
