Which pack to open (old player coming back)

I stopped playing when the only packs available were genetic apex and mythical island. Now im back and theres so many new packs, if i want to catch up to the new meta (not sure if theres such thing) which pack should i open and which cards should i look for, or just suggest me the best thing i should do now hahaha
