Best college for me ??

passed 12th this year as private student got 67% in 12th and pcm 54% and my jee score is worst 41 percentile and viteee rank is like 2 lakh what private colleges should I opt in noida or if any best colleges gives admission with my score in any part of India with better outcome than noida please let me know I want cse only cuz ece will be hard to manage with coding and ece is tough itself ig.

should I take better college with ece than cse with worst college??? cuz as per my research I'll get niet and abes only in cse but is it possible with kiet or jss aur any other better college?
