Help! I think I ruined my cucumbers

This is my first year growing cucumbers. I watched a video of some lady clipping all the leaves and leaving the main stem for the plant to focus its energy. I’m an idiot and didn’t do any more research and just went for it. My plant is still pretty young and not flowering yet. I cut the leaves off the main stem, but left the very top leaves and I left all the tendrils and suckers…. Will it survive my hack job? :(
