applying to SNU

hi i wanna ask if it’s ok to apply to SNU engineering without TOPIK score. although i know that the website said either English or Korean language test is fine, but i saw most of the applicants have TOPIK. I’m currently studying for TOPIK II in october. I think I can get Topik 4/5. but the result date is later than the application date of SNU(and SKY).
should i wait until i got my results to apply or i can just mention in ps about this
