Passing on an Emisil ER04

Hi everyone,

I accidentally bought the wrong Emisil ER04, and it has never been used. I’m wondering if anyone knows where people in the UK usually pass on unused FTM prosthetics or gender-affirming items safely and respectfully.

I don’t want to break any subreddit rules, so I’m not trying to arrange anything here. I’d just appreciate advice on appropriate communities or platforms where this kind of thing is allowed.
