Got a work trial expiring soon reminder—has anyone else experienced this?

I received an email yesterday reminding me to complete a work trial, stating that it would expire in 1 day (June 12).

The strange thing is that when I click the link, it takes me to a work trial that I completed back in May. I submitted it before the deadline, which was still May, and I've already been paid for it.

I also have another work trial ("MSWord Spec...") that has been in Submitted status for over 12 days (not yet paid), and the deadline was June 2nd.

I'm trying to figure out whether:

• The reminder email was just a system glitch.
• There was supposed to be a new work trial but the link was incorrect, or
• The pending "MSWord Spec..." review has something to do with it.

Has anyone encountered something similar? What was the outcome?
