NANDA based: FDAR charting - share your thoughts and advice

Hi, please help me po. I’ve been told to improve my charting in pedia but since medyo hirap talaga ako sa NANDA, I find it very challenging.

Based on the cases, nire-require nila to atleast use NANDA as the focus:

Here are the usual pedia cases:

1. Dengue
2. Anemia
3. BFS (benigh febrile seizure?) or any convulsion related
4. Seizure
5. PCAP C
6. PNEUMONIA
7. Acute gastritis (with moderate Dehydration blah blah)
8. Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis
9. Hypokalemia / Hypokalemic Periodic Paralysis
