What's one productivity tip you ignored for years and then realized actually worked?
For me it was keeping a simple task list.
I used to think I needed a complicated system with categories, priorities, tags, and multiple apps. The more I optimized the system, the less actual work I seemed to get done.
A while back I switched to writing down the few things I absolutely needed to finish each day. Nothing fancy.
It felt too simple at first, but I've been far more consistent since then.
Curious if anyone else has had a productivity tip they dismissed for a long time before finally trying it.?
