Ams2 issues

Alright so I just got a 3dprinter Bambi lab p1s printer ans I connected the ams2 system and I loaded the pla filament and it went through the ptfe tube and to the nozzle but when I start the print the ams2 stops feeding it in I'm not sure what to do I checked to see if there was physical blockage and I didn't see anything and I'm pretty sure everything is connected correctly please help me out guys
