Restricted but im on my 5th year

Im worried theyre going to make me pay back my loans now since i cant attend school out of pocket.

Im entering, well would have been, my 5th year. I am taking a reduced course load with an accommodation. I also have disability through OSAP.

Has anyone been in this situation before?

Last year was a really bad one mentally. Is there a chance of appeals for a restriction?
