My bike is cooked and I don’t know why

I have a Ventus One Plus 32kW with the Aetos. I got it in 2 days ago, it’s been running fine but yesterday after I rode I plugged it in. Charged it, let it cool. For bout 20 mins. Then went to ride and had 0 power. The eco barely went. Mod 2 was a bit better. 3-5 is the exact same almost. It will climb up to 38 then stay then start going all the way to 45-50mph. The top speed is 80 for reference. And if I’m not already goin fast when I swap to mode 5 it instantly cuts out and says short circuit fault.
