Door seals ?

I'm wanting to put new rubber seals on the drivers and front passengers door. But not the door itself, the one on the inside that you would hit with arm or bum on your way out of car. Like on the pillar itself I guess. What on earth is this particular one called ? Land Rover Discovery 4 and also a Range Rover Sport l320
