I saw BytePe offering phones at lower monthly costs compared to some other platforms. What's the catch?

keeps showing up on my feed and the monthly amount looks genuinely lower than what i've seen elsewhere for the same phone. but i've been burned before by offers that look great on the surface and then have something weird buried in the terms. has anyone actually gone through with it? just want to know if there's something i'm missing before i consider it seriously.
